logo danoneProject: An orientation handbook outlining Danone’s corporate values that is given to new employees at all worldwide locations.

The 30-page guide included an addendum and focused on the company’s values, referred to as the Danone Way, which defines how employees conduct business both inside the company and with external suppliers.

The guide needed to be clear, friendly and easily understood all levels of employees, from managers to factory personnel. The content was validated by five departments, including Danone’s lawyers and the international labor unions for the various countries.

Highlights:

  • A creative and successful collaboration with Danone’s agency
  • I was instrumental in translating the client’s business needs into a format that clearly matched their administrative objectives, yet used a humanistic and engaging style
  • The project was on-time and within the stated budget.
