About me

Who is the ‘architect of communication’?

As a communication specialist, I help global companies to communicate strategically and effectively about their products or services across borders.

I can offer objective, expert advice on how to develop a new internal communications plan for a project. Or we can look at your existing strategy and find solutions that improve the way people in your company learn, interact and share information.

I typically work directly with a company’s communications or marketing department. But I am not an agency – depending on the project, I also partner with advertising or public relations agencies. In these situations, I’m in the background as a creative collaborator, helping to support the copywriting part of a project. I work with big global groups like Euro RSCG, Ogilvy and Publicis as well as smaller boutique agencies.

My experience

I have an extensive background in journalism and corporate communications, both in the United States and Europe. For more information about my experience, please click on the following page “My Experience“.  I have owned or managed three successful businesses in the US and Europe, and I come from a family of entrepreneurs.

When I’m not working…

Bon appétit!

I feel at home in France, but I am always learning new things. For example, when my husband brings something home from the open market on Saturday morning and I have no idea what it is. Fortunately I have a sense of humor and I love to cook! The odd-looking creature in this photograph is a tasty monkfish. If you are curious about how to cook it, here are the recipes I found in French and in English. :)

When I am not cooking monkfish, I enjoy acting in a local theater group, global travel and spending time in nature. My husband and I like photography and have ongoing exhibits in Paris.  Learn more at our photo blog, Taasi Planet.
